Booking Procedure

1. Complete the registration form, accept the indemnity and submit
2. We will contact you with available time slots.

Payment Procedure
In order for us to streamline the monthly payment process of your child's group cricket coaching the following will apply:

Tariff and sessions

• 60 min private lessons = R250 per session
• 30 min private lessons = R150 per session
• Your son has been allocated a fixed day and time, it is expected that he attend at least 4 sessions per month.
• If you join in the middle of a month you only have to do and pay for the sessions remaining in that month.
• If for some reason you miss a session, a catch up lesson can be arranged with his coach in order for your son to do the 4 monthly sessions.
• Sessions cancelled on short notice ( within 2 hours of scheduled time) will deemed to be done.

Payment

• We are not going to send out monthly invoices. We will send you a receipt on request.
• In this regard we request that you keep book and make payment for the sessions done ON OR BEFORE THE 28TH OF EACH MONTH 
• When making payment, it is very important to use the following reference: YOUR SONS NAME AND SURNAME / NAME OF COACH 
• Download and print the following roster to keep track of sessions done

Indemnity and acceptance of Terms and Conditions

I AM THE LEGAL GUARDIAN OF THE REGISTERED CHILD AND WILL NOT HOLD PRO-CRICK, OR ANY OF ITS COACHES/COORDINATORS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROPERTY AND/OR INJURIES SUSTAINED WHILST ATTENDING COACHING SESSIONS AND/OR MATCHES PLAYED IN, INCLUDING TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THESE SESSIONS AND MATCHES - THESE BEING ARRANGED FOR AND ON BEHALF OF PRO-CRICK.
